- Which couriers do you use?

- We use Australian Air Express (Door to Door) couriers and Toll Ipec.
- Can I pickup my order?
- Unfortunately not, we do not offer pickup on any of our items.
- Do I need to be home to receive my items?
- No. If you are not home to receive your courier delivery, a card will be placed in your letter box advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.
- Where is my order shipped from?
- All shipments originate from Box Hill North, Victoria Australia.
- Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
- Since Australian Air Express is associated with Australia Post, most items (excluding rods) can be deliverd to PO Boxes. Certain large items such as boat motors, long rods (over 1.05m), large cartons etc cannot be accepted by Australia Post to PO Box addresses.
- Are parcels covered by transit insurance?
- All Fishing Deals products have full transit insurance within Australia, so if an item gets lost, you will receive a replacement.
- It has been 14 days and I haven't received my order yet...what do I do?
- If you have not received your item after 14 days of shipping please contact us.
- We will then conduct an investigation with the relevant courier to track down your parcel. This can take approximately 5-7 business days. Until we hear back from the courier company results of the investigation we will not be able to issue a replacement item but we will act quickly as soon as we receive the results.
- You can rest assured that we do everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Fishing Deals Australia will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.
